We offer a free refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the booking date. Simply click on the cancellation button in your confirmation email or send us an email with your booking number and your wish to cancel. Exceptions apply for major events in the city (e.g., EURO 2024: 7 days free cancellation before the event).

All our chauffeurs speak English, and the local language. If you desire a chauffeur speaking your language you can request it in “Additional Information”. 

No, all our prices are transparent and all-inclusive. This includes tolls, parking, gas, chauffeur, mileage, complimentary water,  child seats if needed, luggage assistance, and Meet & Greet. We ensure that there are no surprise charges, providing you with a clear and upfront pricing structure for complete peace of mind.

Yes, the minimum booking time is 3 hours, which includes 20 km per hour, totaling 60 km for 3 hours.

There is no maximum booking time. You can reserve a car for as long as needed, and we will manage chauffeur shifts to ensure continuous, seamless service while respecting time regulations.

We offer a wide range of payment options to ensure convenience and flexibility. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, SEPA Transfer. We do not accept cash.
