1. General Terms
1.1. Service Description: Tourstar Chauffeur Service provides transportation services directly and indirectly through partners around the world. Including airport transfers, hourly bookings, and event transportation.
1.2. User Agreement: By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website or via email. A booking confirmation will be sent to you upon successful reservation.
2.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods that we proceed through Stripe, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA transfers, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
2.3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a full charge.
For Special events the cancellation must be 7 days prior the service
3. Service Terms
3.1. Included Services: Our prices are all-inclusive, covering tolls, parking, gas, chauffeur, mileage, complimentary water, childseats if needed, luggage assistance, and Meet & Greet.
3.2. Minimum Booking Time: The minimum booking time is 3 hours, which includes 20 km per hour, totaling 60 km for 3 hours.
3.3. Extended Bookings: There is no maximum booking time. We will manage chauffeur shifts to ensure continuous service.
3.4. Meet & Greet: Our chauffeurs will meet you at the designated location with a sign displaying your name or company logo. You will receive a notification on your phone upon their arrival on the phone number you provided during the booking.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
4.2. Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards our chauffeurs and vehicles.
4.3. Damage: Users will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Service Disruptions: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical failures.
5.2. Indirect Damages: Tourstar Chauffeur Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Privacy
6.1. Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
6.2. Data Use: Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Tourstar Chauffeur Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tourstar Chauffeur Service operates.
